Carrot Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups mashed carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in blender to mix.  Grease and pour all ingredients into 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees
