Carrot Pudding

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups mashed carrots
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in blender to mix. Grease and pour all ingredients into 2qt. casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees
