Apricot Lemonade

Apricot Lemonade Ice blended
Ingredients:
- 7 fresh apricots, halved
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbs maple syrup (honey/sugar)
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 cups coconut water
How to make: To a blender, simply add the fresh apricots, lemon juice, maple syrup, ice, and coconut water. Blend until thoroughly combined.
Infused Apricot Lemonade:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh ripe apricots, halved
- 5 tbs of lemonade mix (or juice of 1 lemon)
- 4 tbs maple syrup (honey/sugar)
- 2 cups of cold water
- Fresh mint or basil for garnish
How to make: Mix the fruits with water and sugar into a pot, stir it and keep them in the fridge overnight or at least 6 hours. Pour over ice or optionally top with sparkling water.
