Apricot Lemonade

Apricot Lemonade Ice blended

Ingredients:

  • 7 fresh apricots, halved
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbs maple syrup (honey/sugar)
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 cups coconut water

How to make: To a blender, simply add the fresh apricots, lemon juice, maple syrup, ice, and coconut water. Blend until thoroughly combined.

Infused Apricot Lemonade:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh ripe apricots, halved
  • 5 tbs of lemonade mix (or juice of 1 lemon)
  • 4 tbs maple syrup (honey/sugar)
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • Fresh mint or basil for garnish

How to make: Mix the fruits with water and sugar into a pot, stir it and keep them in the fridge overnight or at least 6 hours. Pour over ice or optionally top with sparkling water.
