After Hours Time Slot Rates: $100.00 per hour includes access to Orchard only. We do not provide a photographer. Booking allows photographers & clients entrance to the Orchard for your time slot providing access to 60 acres of fruit trees and seasonal flowers. Gilcrease Orchard serves as a beautiful seasonal backdrop for family, engagement, maternity photos and more. 

Gilcrease Orchard is a working orchard producing fruit and vegetables, and due to nature of the Orchard we cannot guarantee specific backdrops at a specific time. 

Photographers: 

• First reserve After Hour Time Slots before committing to clients as availability is seasonal. Ensure staff and orchard are available prior to booking with clients. 
• When booking mini sessions/multiple families you MUST book a minimum of 2 hours at the earlier timeslot. 
• After Hours Time Slots are based on seasons, flower blossoms, and staff availability.
