Carrot Pudding INGREDIENTS 3 cups mashed carrots 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 3 eggs 1/2 cup melted butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk INSTRUCTIONS Put all ingredients in blender to mix.  Grease and pour all ingredients into 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees
